TrackingSystem is a mobile application that aims to improve the safety of people during visits and travel. When a group member’s distance from the organiser becomes greater than a predetermined one both he and the user get notified and they can check the exact location of the other one on the map.
The goals of the application are to lower the risk of getting lost while travelling outside or simply when people are out for a walk. It strives to help in emergency situations increasing the communication between close one or acquaintances. Not only they know where others are but there is an event based messaging system that broadcasts a message with an attached place to it to everyone in the group. This message indicates the exact location of the place the group should meet after a set time.
