Slackline Tensioning System

The aim of the project-team was to create a product surpassing every tensioning system on the market which is built for the soul purpose of tensing slacklines.
The two young engineers designed a novel automatic tensioning system for slacklining by finding the right concept for the clamping mechanism and split the technical solution into two parts: The clamping part and the tensioning part. So at the end a practical solution for a tensioning system for slacklines was built, that is automatically controlled by a measuring system and a direct-current motor to obtain the correct tension under all circumstances.
The system is also much safer than conventional products.
