The paper deals with minimization of terrorist acts in the important part of the society of extreme mood with humane methods.

It is shown the mechanism of paradigm change – movement of the society from the low humane development level to a higher level – with not instant reconstruction of the old paradigm into the new. In order to gain insight on the essence of the problem, the influence of the archetype existing in the psychological sub-consciousness of the society on the individual consciousness is used. The possibility and methods of transforming of the archetype causing aggression is presented.

The paper emphasizes necessity of formation of the main subsystem for establishment of the disciplinary matrix appropriate to reduction of extremism in the society.
