The paper considers unicursal stars and provides ways of constructing these stars with any numbers of vertices using different steps.
Goal of the project. Based on elements of graph theory, to consider and to find possible forms and methods of construction of unicursal stars.
During the execution of this project the following results were obtained:
1. Euler’s function was used for the construction of a unicursal star.
2. An algorithm for construction of unicursal stars with one and two steps by the method of residues was developed.
3. The general formula for angles of a unicursal star (n, k) constructed on a circle was found.
4. Methods of doubling, imposing and intersecting lines for construction of unicursal stars with different construction steps were provided.
